Cylinder bypassing?  Or just after a spare?  Just fill out the dimensions on the sketch and return it via email/fax and we will work out what cylinder is best to suit your application.

New application:-
  1. What size load are you moving lifting holding etc???
  2. How far does the cylinder need to move (stroke)???
  3. How are you mounting the cylinder?
  4. What operating pressure are you using?
  5. Do you need help designing the mechanics of the application?
  6. If you are designing a machine from scratch have you considered using ISO standard components? WHY
  7. Try to avoid running pressure higher than 8 bar to reduce your cylinder size.  The costs of running a higher pressure compressor will far outweigh the money you will save on material costs (due to being able to use a smaller bore cylinder)

The cylinders are made in Australia to your size custom sizes usually take one week to get built and tested.  See table for off the shelf standard sizes usually 1-3 days delivery (check stock with Airmatics first).
